My work focuses primarily on oil painting on canvas and drawing, exploring the expressive possibilities of color, texture, and layered surfaces. I am fascinated by the physical and emotional qualities of oil paint and by the many ways it can be applied to the canvas. Through a gradual process of building multiple layers, I seek to create a sense of depth, density, and a subtle dialogue between spaces.
For me, painting is both an exploration and a process of discovery. Each layer becomes part of a visual history within the work, allowing forms, light, and textures to slowly emerge. This method invites the viewer to look beyond the surface and experience a quiet movement and relationship between colors and shapes. My sip is not only to create an image , but to evoke a space where material , gesture and perception come together as one.
Since 1993, I have participated in numerous international exhibitions and held several solo exhibitions. My works have appeared in publications and are included in museums, galleries, and private collections around the world.
